学生综合素质评价的方式多种多样，同伴互评是其中较为有效的方式之一，它可以让学生不断体验成长和学习过程中的进步，并正确认识自我，保持自信。

某班一个小组正在进行阶段性同伴互评活动，如果你是该组组长，请结合本组讨论情况，为本组某位同学写一份激励性评价报告，内容须包含以下要点：

Han Mei is an easygoing girl who gets along well with everyone. She is also talented in performing. What’s the most important, she is warm-hearted.

Once she knew a girl in her neighbourhood had so serious an illness that a large amount of money was needed. She put forward a suggestion calling on all the kids to give away pocket money to the unlucky girl. Besides, she organized a charity show to raise more money. When the girl and her parents got the money, they were really moved.

Han Mei should also put more time and energy into study and try to be a student with both a kind heart and good grades.

韩梅为人随和，跟所有同学相处得都很好。她在表演上特别有天赋。最重要的是，韩梅还是一个热心肠的姑娘。

记得有一次，当她知道邻家的女孩病得很严重，急需一大笔医药费时，她提议同学们募捐自己的零用钱，帮助这位可怜的女孩。此外，她还组织了一场慈善活动以期筹到更多的钱。当那位女孩和她的父母得到这笔捐助时，他们很受感动。

韩梅也应该投入更多的时间与精力在学业上，努力成为一名品学兼优的好学生。
